Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions. Order parts and maintain inventory. Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts. Keep maintenance reports and documentation. Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications. Perform repair work on heavy trucks. Perform other routine maintenance. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Driver's License (Class 1 or A). Driver's License (Class 3 or D). Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Handling heavy loads. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Accurate. Reliability. Team player. Organized.
