Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. The successful candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, conduct inspections, manage supplies, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff. * Assign work schedules and cleaning duties. * Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met. * Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping employees. * Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. * Respond to guest, resident, or client concerns promptly and professionally. * Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with the appropriate department. * Maintain housekeeping records and reports.
Requirements
* Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage a team. * Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards. * Good organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
