* Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. * Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation. * Support recruiting, training, and development of staff. * Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Collaborate with senior management to implement marketing strategies. * *Qualifications* * Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the health food or grocey retail industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and POS systems. * Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Passion for health foods and wellness products is an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
