*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and guidelines. * Ensure that all food is handled safely and in compliance with health regulations. * Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. * Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. * Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies as needed. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. * Adhere to all food safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
*Skills*
* Previous experience working at a grill is preferred. * Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry. * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. * Experience in serving, food preparation, and food handling is highly valued. * Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. * Barista experience is a plus, particularly in environments that serve coffee or specialty beverages. * Strong hospitality skills, demonstrating a welcoming attitude towards customers. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
