As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods while ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Your role will be vital in creating delightful products that meet our customers' expectations.
*Duties*
* Prepare and bake a variety of goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. * Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. * Decorate cakes and other baked items with artistic flair. * Package finished products for sale while maintaining quality standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. * Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient supplies and placing orders as needed. * Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and taking special orders when required. * Collaborate with team members to create new recipes and improve existing ones.
