About this role
We are looking for a professional, motivated, and compassionate *Kinesiologist* to join our growing team and support clients through active rehabilitation, movement-based therapy, injury recovery, and wellness-focused care.
The Role
As a valued member of Thrive Physiotherapy, you will:
* Deliver individualized client care * Conduct movement assessments and functional evaluations * Create tailored active rehabilitation and exercise programs * Support clients recovering from injuries, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and mobility concerns * Educate and guide clients throughout their recovery and wellness journey * Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation * Collaborate with our multidisciplinary care team * Contribute to a polished, welcoming, and client-focused clinic experience
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Degree in Kinesiology or a related field * Active registration with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), preferred/required * Strong knowledge of movement assessment, exercise prescription, and active rehabilitation * Excellent communication and client-care skills * Professional liability insurance * A warm, compassionate, and service-oriented approach * Commitment to clinical excellence and professional growth * Ability to thrive in a collaborative, premium clinic setting
