*What You Will Do?*
You will manage the entire sales cycle. No handing off clients to someone else, you hunt them, you close them, you keep them.
* *Prospect:* Identify and cold-call shippers across North America to build your pipeline. * *Consult:* Diagnose supply chain pain points and offer Lumico?s freight solutions. * *Negotiate:* Go head-to-head on pricing with shippers and carriers to maximize margin. * *Manage:* Oversee your freight from pickup to delivery, ensuring 100% client satisfaction. * *Grow:* Turn one-off shipments into dedicated, long-term accounts.

*The Qualifications*
* Sales or Customer Service experience is a plus, but *grit is required.* * Post-secondary education is preferred. * Strong tech proficiency (CRM, Load Boards, Email). * Must be authorized to work in Canada.
