*Duties*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs * Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers * Assist with merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal * Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities * Maintain organized shelves and ensure the store environment is clean and inviting * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction * Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers during busy periods * Use phone etiquette skills to follow up with customers or provide additional assistance as needed
*Experience*
* Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or related fields * Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus * Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions * Knowledge of merchandising principles and upselling techniques * Ability to demonstrate products effectively and engage customers through product demos * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting * Customer service experience demonstrating patience, professionalism, and effective communication skills
