Red Seal Notary Inc., Canada?s national notary public company is currently recruiting for the position of Notary Public & Corporate Relations for its downtown Toronto location. This is a great opportunity for licensed paralegals and lawyers seeking positions not involving the practice of law, with regular hours.
*Candidate Must:*
· Be appointed as a Notary Public in Ontario with no limitations on commission
· Familiarity with notarizing and commissioning of documents
· Have excellent communication and customer service skills
· Have excellent management and leadership skills
· Have a valid driver?s license and able to drive when required
*Scope of Work: *
· Assist with Notarization and commissioning of documents
· Assist with Fingerprinting Services
o Candidates will require criminal record check clearance prior to start - to be arranged through Red Seal Notary
· Assist with client services? tasks and projects
· Act as liaison and manage various corporate projects and initiatives
Position: Part-time, Contract Location: In-Person Rate: TBD
