*Responsibilities*
* Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services based on client preferences * Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring a positive shop experience * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of barber tools, workstations, and common areas in compliance with state and shop standards * Recommend grooming products and assist with retail sales when appropriate * Manage basic front-desk tasks such as appointment scheduling, client check-in/check-out, and answering inquiries * Support team members in fostering a welcoming, professional, and client-focused atmosphere * Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe working environment
*Experience & Qualifications*
* Previous experience as a barber or stylist is preferred * Knowledge of cutting techniques, grooming trends, and sanitation requirements * Strong communication and customer-service skills * Experience with appointment systems or front-desk duties is a plus * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail * Valid barber license (if required by your state/country)
