*Job Summary*
The Pre-Press technician will work in the rebuild of electronic and/or printed graphics. This individual must have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
*Main Responsibilities*
* Develop and modify artwork * Troubleshoot, edit artwork files, colour match, pre-flight, prepare & check artwork files * Working closely with production, sales team, and customers, incorporate changes recommended by customers into final design (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop) * Responsible for archiving and updating graphic files for future access * Process all printing requests accurately and effectively with tight deadlines
*Skills Required*
* Must have experience in vector based software Adobe Illustrator (MAC). Illustrator is the primary program used * File Prep, Composition, RIP/Trap, Plating, Troubleshoot prepress * Excellent initiative, ability to learn quickly and work independently * High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to set priorities * Strong desire to work as a team and work towards the overall goals of the department and company * Understanding of print production processes, ability to prepare files for press and digital printing. Pre-press knowledge is essential * Ability to work with CMYK and Pantone Colours

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
