Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Develop and conduct production, inventory and quality assurance programs. Inspect processes. Oversee production . Conduct work measurement or other studies. Collect and compile operational or experimental data. Collect and analyze data and samples. Develop manufacturing and processing procedures. Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports. Computer and technology knowledge: Mastercam CAD/CAM. Computer-aided design (CAD). Area of specialization: Development of production processes. Development of quality assurance programs. Work planning, estimating, measuring and scheduling.
