*Job Description:* We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our Talavera team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of mexican baked goods like bread, pastries, and desserts, ensuring quality and consistency in every batch. The Baker will also manage inventory, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and follow food safety standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and bake a variety of products, including bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries. * Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the kitchen environment. * Follow recipes and ensure consistent product quality. * Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed. * Package baked goods for sale, ensuring they are presented attractively for customers. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking area. * Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines. * Familiarity in cooking, baking and pastries decor techniques.
