*Duties*
* Mow and edge lawns using hand tools, power tools and equipment to ensure well-manicured landscapes * Perform planting, pruning, fertilizing, and watering to promote healthy growth of plants and shrubs * Use hand tools and power tools for landscape installation, repair, and general maintenance tasks * Assist with soil preparation, aeration, and topdressing to improve lawn health * Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries
*Skills*
* Experience with landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers is preferred * Knowledge of horticulture principles and garden management techniques * Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining power tools and machinery * Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices including planting, pruning, and fertilization * Skilled in the use of hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and spades * Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods * Good teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
