*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards * Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients * Ensure all food is cooked properly, presented attractively, and served promptly * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils * Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours * Restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management * Adhere to health regulations and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
*Experience*
* 2 to 5 years experience in food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred * Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation is highly desirable * Experience in the food industry, including meal preparation and food safety practices, will be considered an asset * Previous restaurant experience demonstrating proficiency in food service and kitchen tasks is advantageous
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
