Job Description: Early Childhood Teacher
Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children - Maintain open and effective communication with parents and families - Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies - Follow all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
