*Duties*
* Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences * Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles and products * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations * Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that meet client needs * Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments * Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue * Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a professional salon setting * Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients * Expertise in various hair styling techniques, coloring, and treatments * Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a salon environment * Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration * Ability to perform retail sales and upselling to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities * Front desk experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary * Professional appearance and positive attitude with a passion for the beauty industry
