* Provide a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, blowouts, and special treatments * Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and products * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools * Upsell hair care products and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon sales * Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments * Ensure a positive client experience through excellent communication skills and personalized service * Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in hair styling in Canada with a strong portfolio of work * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients * Strong communication skills to effectively listen to client needs and provide professional advice * Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment * Ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions * Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred * A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for beauty and style
