We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team in North York. In this role, you will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for our patients while ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your contributions will directly support our mission of promoting lifelong oral health. *Responsibilities* *Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.*
* Schedule appointments and manage patient records using Dentrix. * Handle multi-line phone systems and respond to inquiries. * Assist with insurance verification and billing processes. * Maintain a clean and organized reception area. * Educate patients on dental procedures and office policies. * Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow. * Manage electronic medical records accurately. * *Qualifications*
*Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office.*
