*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. *Duties*
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. * Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged. * Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. * Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. * Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items. * Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests or needs.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment used in industrial cleaning or custodial roles is advantageous. * A strong commitment to hospitality and customer service excellence is essential. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards are crucial for success in this role.
