*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. This role is essential in providing a positive experience for all visitors and staff, contributing to the overall reputation of our establishment.
*Responsibilities*
* Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas according to established standards * Change bed linens, towels, and replenish supplies as needed * Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces to ensure a pristine environment * Dispose of trash and recyclables properly in designated containers * Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties * Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe work environment * Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and notify management of any repairs needed
*Skills*
* Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness * Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team * Good time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts * Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety protocols is a plus * Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
