*Responsibilities*
* Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs * Perform safety and security checks * Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies * Work with minimal supervision * Repair and maintain machinery
