We're looking for a passionate *Physiotherapist* to join our growing team. While experience in Orthopaedic physiotherapy is a valuable asset, we warmly encourage *new graduates and all applicants licensed to practice in Ontario* to apply. This role offers the opportunity to manage a full caseload, providing comprehensive assessment and treatment, with potential pathways for those interested in *advanced practice physiotherapy roles*.

*We're Looking for a Physiotherapist Who Is:*
* *Eager to Grow:* Possesses experience or a strong motivation to excel in a clinical orthopedic setting. * *Patient-Centered:* Motivated to build strong rapport with diverse patient populations and provide empathetic, friendly care. * *Skilled Communicator:* Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both with patients of all ages and abilities, and within a multidisciplinary team. * *Evidence-Based Practitioner:* Committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, emphasizing patient education, manual therapy, and exercise-based interventions. * *Professional & Organized:* Currently registered to practice in Ontario (or expecting provisional-practice in Fall 2025), maintains appropriate liability insurance and good standing with the College of Physiotherapists, and is skilled at maintaining accurate chart notes. * *Team Player:* Works effectively both collaboratively and independently, contributing to a positive clinic atmosphere.
