Looking for a Front Desk Agent to help lead the operations of 3+ Motels in the South Okanagan.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be required to:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Check in and check out guest reservations and assigns rooms. * Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. * Promote the property in your interactions and possess a sound knowledge of attractions, nightlife, and special services of the surrounding area to enhance the stay of our guests. * Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates. * Must possess fluent knowledge of the city and geography, keeping abreast of arts & entertainment and local trends, building relationships with local restaurants & tourist attractions. * Report directly to and under direct supervision of the General Manager for day-to-day responsibilities. * Understands cross-department positions well enough to perform duties in employee's absence. * Monitors and increases guest review scores, Drive improvements in problematic areas. * Answers employee and guest inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services. * Must appropriately address guest requests to ensure guests are satisfied with the hotel's services and accommodations. * Responsible for positively representing and promoting the hotel. * Other duties as assigned to meet business needs. * Maintains customers? privacy and security at all times. * Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor. * Performs other duties as assigned.
PREREQUISITES - SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Priority will be given to candidates with hotel management experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Able to work flexible schedules. We appreciate all the candidates for applying. However, the candidates selected will be contacted for the interview.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
