*Compensation* We offer competitive wages based on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently. Journeyperson candidates with strong commercial experience and leadership capability can expect top-tier pay, while 4th year apprentices will be compensated in line with experience and progression.

*Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):*
*Sheet Metal Work*
* Install, assemble, and modify commercial HVAC duct systems * Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings accurately * Work independently and support or mentor apprentices as needed * Maintain jobsite safety, material control, and proper documentation * Collaborate with supervisors, foremen, and other trades * Deliver high-quality, code-compliant installations
*General Duties*
* Maintain a clean and organized work area * Work with the team to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality * Communicate clearly both verbally and electronically
*Requirements*
* Valid Journeyperson Sheet Metal Worker certification (or enrolled as a 4th Year Apprentice) * Proven commercial HVAC installation experience * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Valid driver?s license * Reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided based on experience)
