What You Will Do 1. Employee Engagement Design & Implementation

• Plan and execute mass-scale engagement activities, talks, festive celebrations, and interest-based events that strengthen belonging and connection across the organization.
2. Communication & Visual Management
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and visual content production for Employee Experience, ensuring effective communication and high visibility of ongoing initiatives and events.
3. Data & Insights
• Collaborate with HRIT to maintain and update employee experience dashboards, leveraging data and analytics to track engagement metrics, measure impact, and inform future strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven decisions and demonstrate ROI of Employee Experience initiatives and deals.
4. Vendor & Partner Management
• Manage vendors and external partners related to employee experience projects, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Secure exclusive employee offers, discounts, and invitations through partnerships with external brands, enhancing Maxis’ employee value proposition.
5. Listening & Continuous Improvement
• Support the design and implementation of employee engagement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and other listening tools to assess the effectiveness of the BYM (Because You Matter) strategy.
6. Collaboration & Execution
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of employee experience programmes and services, including sports, well-being, and engagement initiatives.
• Support the creation of holistic employee experiences that extend beyond work — including initiatives for employees’ families and dependents.
7. Onboarding & Integration
• Oversee the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and connected from Day 1.
• Continuously enhance the employee journey by supporting new hires’ integration and day-to-day experience at Maxis.
