Rental Car Agent
We are looking for a Rental Car Agent. This position reports directly to the Manager and will take pride in providing world-class customer service.
*The Position:*
* Work with customers both in person and on the phone to ensure their needs are addressed in a timely and accurate manner. * Handle challenging situations calmly and professionally * Prep/detail vehicles so they are ready for rent
*Our Ideal Candidate will possess:*
* Results driven and customer focused attitude. * The ability to work under stressful situations in order to maintain great customer service. * Above-average communication skills. * A valid driver's license.
