*Position Overview* We are seeking energetic, guest-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and memorable dining experience by providing attentive service, menu guidance, and a welcoming environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Deliver outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service * Guide guests through the churrascaria dining experience and menu offerings * Anticipate guest needs and provide timely service throughout the meal * Upsell food & beverages to enhance the guest experience * Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas * Work with team members & management to ensure smooth restaurant operations * Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
*Qualifications*
* Previous serving experience preferred (churrascaria or high-volume restaurant experience is an asset) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Must be attentive, enthusiastic, and guest-focused * ProServe required
