*Duties*
* Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency, following established recipes and presentation standards * Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients * Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines * Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service hours * Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety of all dishes * Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations * Support the team in maintaining a positive, professional work environment focused on customer satisfaction
*Experience*
* Minimum of 2 years prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates * Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and meal preparation techniques is advantageous * Experience with serving customers directly or working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus * Familiarity with kitchen equipment, cooking methods, and basic food safety practices is desirable
