We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming environment for all patrons. *Responsibilities*
* Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS * Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties * Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities * Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times * Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations * Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards * Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods * Provide guest services that promote customer satisfaction and repeat business
*Skills*
* Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred * Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction * Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures * Previous food service or restaurant experience is advantageous * Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills * Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and upselling purposes * Familiarity with food industry standards, serving techniques, and food preparation basics * Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly * Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
