*Duties*
* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders. * Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food handling practices. * Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. * Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment and promote special offers or new products.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, but not mandatory. * Familiarity with cashiering processes and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. * Knowledge of food safety guidelines and food preparation techniques is a plus. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. * Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed. * Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required in the role. * Must be willing to work on weekends
