*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Set up and stock stations before service * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area * Work efficiently during high-volume service periods * Follow all food safety and health regulations * Assist with kitchen closing duties, including cleaning and prep for the next day * Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff * Help with inventory rotation and storage procedures * Washing dishes
Requirements
* Previous line cook experience preferred * Strong multitasking and time management skills * Ability to work efficiently under pressure * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs * Must be willing and available to work: * Evenings * Weekends * Closing shifts * Holidays as required
