Production Cook Délice Resto Lounge, Downtown Lévis Do you enjoy cooking, staying organized, and seeing the direct results of your work on our guests' plates? At Délice, a large portion of what we serve is prepared in-house by our team. Sauces, house-made preparations, meats, side dishes, desserts, and signature recipes are carefully crafted in our large production kitchen, which is bright, air-conditioned, and designed for efficiency. We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate cook to participate in the daily production of our house-made recipes and help maintain our high standards of quality. • Carry out daily production according to established recipes and standards • Prepare sauces, dressings, marinades, and other house-made preparations • Participate in the preparation and cooking of meats, vegetables, and side dishes • Execute recipes while respecting quantities, methods, and quality standards • Ensure proper product rotation and compliance with storage dates • Participate in inventory management and communicate supply needs • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment • Strictly follow food safety and sanitation standards • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent, high-quality production Your Profile
• Previous kitchen experience required • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently • Attention to detail and pride in quality work • Ability to manage multiple production tasks simultaneously • Reliability, punctuality, and consistency • Strong prioritization and time-management skills • Pride in preparing house-made food Why Choose Délice?
