*Duties*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases * Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns * Provide product demonstrations and upsell additional items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales * Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive product presentation * Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy * Maintain accurate cash registers, balance drawers at shift end, and handle cash handling procedures securely * Assist in inventory management and stock organization * Promote store promotions, loyalty programs, and new products to increase sales opportunities * Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively * Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse clientele * Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling * Ability to perform product demos and explain features clearly * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail * Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods * Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for positive customer interactions * Experience in merchandising, upselling, or technical sales is advantageous but not required * Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
