Serving primarily owner-managed businesses, we provide personalized bookkeeping guidance and attentive client service. We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our team in a valued and pivotal role that supports the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
*Must have:*
* Great communication and organizational skills and must be detail-oriented * Confidence, and time/workload management * Experienced in Excel, Word, and preferably some CRM's. * Ability to create and follow systems. * Ability to handle high volume in busy season.
*Tasks include:*
· Must be detail-oriented
· Maintain client relations
· Carry out administrative activities as required, including, but not limited to, answering telephones, scanning, becoming familiar with CRM software, scheduling meetings,
· Establish office administration procedures and routines
· Ordering and organizing office-specific materials
· Bookkeeping tasks, including organizing and filing receipts
· Manage workflow
· Management assistance

· Knowledge of standard office management procedures and etiquette
· Punctuality is highly important
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills
· Excellent organization and documentation skills
· Attention and appreciation for detail
· Ability to work proficiently with computers and software such as Word and Excel
· Punjabi fluency is an asset
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
