We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Greet customers warmly and professionally * Assist customers in finding products and providing product information * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently * Upsell products and services to increase sales * Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor * Stay informed about all available products and promotions * Ensures inventory management on the floor and takes appropriate actions
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent * 1+ years of experience in a retail sales environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong sales and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
