Join our team as a part-time dental receptionist, working on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at our South Granville or South Burnaby location. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent patient care aligned with our practice's values. *Responsibilities*
* Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. * Manage appointment scheduling and patient records using Dentrix. * Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently. * Maintain accurate electronic medical records. * Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations. * Provide administrative support as needed. * Ensure the reception area remains welcoming and organized. * *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a dental receptionist. * Proficiency with Dentrix and electronic medical records. * Excellent communication skills and professionalism. * Ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. * Previous office experience is advantageous. * *Call-To-Action*
