About this role

*Job Summary* We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but not required. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming office atmosphere while developing valuable administrative skills.

*Responsibilities*

* Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression * Manage multi-line phone systems and direct inquiries appropriately * Schedule appointments and maintain calendars * Perform data entry with accuracy into various office databases * Handle clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and proofreading documents * Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information * Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic administrative tasks as needed * Support office staff with general administrative support and customer service duties * Ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional at all times

*Experience*

* Prior office experience preferred, especially in medical or dental settings * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive) * Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus * Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail * Experience handling multi-line phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette * Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and customer support roles * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
