*Experience:* Prior experience as a travel agent, reservation agent, or in a related role is preferred.

* Fluent in Cantonese , Mandarin and English * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. * Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
