Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and organized Dental Receptionist/Dental Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily front-desk and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner * Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with excellent phone etiquette * Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments * Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software * Process billing, insurance claims, and payments * Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances * Assist patients with questions regarding appointments, treatment plans, and billing * Support smooth front-office operations and team communication
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Customer service experience in a dental setting is an asset * Knowledge of Dentrix dental software * Familiarity with dental codes and dental terminology * Experience or knowledge of accounts receivable * Excellent written and spoken English * Strong communication and phone skills * Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
