* Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and work areas to ensure a safe environment. * Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations. * Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and promote retail sales. * Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques. * Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Knowledge of hair styling techniques, tools, and products. * Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently. * Familiarity with sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. * A valid barbering license or certification as required by local regulations.
