Colonia Perfumes is a fast-growing fragrance brand expanding across Canada. We are hiring serious, reliable sales professionals who want consistent hours, strong earning potential, and long-term growth.
*This is not a passive retail role.* We are looking for individuals who are confident approaching customers, closing sales, and showing up ready to perform every shift.
*What This Role Involves*
* Actively approaching and engaging mall shoppers. * Recommending fragrances based on customer preferences. * Demonstrating products and closing sales. * Meeting and exceeding daily sales targets. * Maintaining a clean, professional kiosk presentation.
*What We?re Looking For*
* Beauty/Fragrance knowledge is preferred. * Reliable and punctual ? attendance is critical. * Strong communication and people skills. * Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers. * Sales-driven mindset. * Motivated and take work seriously. * *Full time: Must be available to work 37.5 hours per week.* Availability must include: days, evenings, and weekends. * *Part time: Must be availbe to work up to 22 hours per week. *Availability must include a combination of either: mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Must have full availability to work on weekends.
*Pay Structure*
* $16.00-18.00/hour. Experience dependent.
