*Duties*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling practices. * Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all dishes are prepared in a safe and sanitary manner. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Help with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and storing supplies properly. * Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning duties and equipment maintenance.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in food preparation or cooking roles. * Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. * Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others as needed. * Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment used in restaurant settings. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. * A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that enhance the dining experience.
