*Thai Ni Yom Restaurant ? Hiring Line Cook (Full-time & Part-time)*
*Location:* 2-2953 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC
Thai Ni Yom is an authentic Thai street food restaurant serving bold flavors and fresh ingredients. We are looking for motivated and energetic team members to join our kitchen team.
*Position: *Line Cook (Full-time & Part-time)
*Work Schedule: *Saturday ? Wednesday (availability required based on restaurant schedule)
*Shift:* 11AM - 3PM & 5:30PM - 9:30PM (Break 2.5hrs)
12PM - 3PM & 5PM - 9:30PM (Break 2hrs)
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Prepare and cook Thai dishes, especially stir-fry menu items (wok station\*\*)* * Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards * Support kitchen operations and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Follow food safety and cleanliness standards * Work collaboratively with team members
*Qualifications*
* Valid Canada working permit * Minimum 1 year experience in stir-fry cooking or similar kitchen experience (wok station) * Specialized Thai cuisine experience (Preferred) * Available to work according to restaurant schedule * Fast learner with strong attention to detail * Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic * Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
