*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards. * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the shift. * Complete all closing duties, including cleaning equipment, stocking stations, and preparing for the next day. * Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. * Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. * Assist with prep work and other kitchen tasks as needed. * Help maintain a positive and professional team environment.
*Qualifications*
* Previous line cook experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong work ethic with attention to detail. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. * Food Handler Certification is not required, but is recommended.
