About this role
*Must have:*
* Basic experience in accounting * Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
As well as Experience/Knowledge in:
* Data Entry * Sage 50 Accounting Software * LMIAs * Food Safety (Canada Gap Certifications) * Health and Safety in the agricultural sector * Very well organized * Conduct all the operations necessary to maintain the office, ensure facility supplies are adequate and secure the financial and operational records of all facilities (WSIB, Food Safety, Health & Safety, etc..) * Promote the safety and health of the workforce * Promote the food safety of the workplace. Oversee and complete forms delegated to their role. * Maintain office equipment. * Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date. * Organize and maintain employee records, migrant worker programs and records. * Oversee food safety preparations and reporting to regulating bodies. * Interact in a friendly manner to customers entering or calling the facility. Answer all phone calls, reroute calls appropriately and take any messages. * Bunkhouse inspections and maintenance schedules. * Ensure Inventory is monitored and maintained. Order items accordingly. * Ensure Traceability Systems are working properly. * Meeting Offshore workers when they come into the country. This could be at any time of the day or night
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
* Job may become Physically demanding; may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, do repetitive tasks with few breaks.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
