FUTURE GNB EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITY FGNB 338 - Student Project CoordinatorInternship Placement for Fall 2026 TermApplication Deadline: July 19, 2026Location: 551 King Street, Fredericton or RemoteNumber of placements: 1Salary: $18 /hourHours per week: Full-time, open to 24-30 hoursPlacement Duration: September - December 2026Department: Social Development (SD)Placement Description: The Project Co-Ordinator will be working alongside Project Managers and Change Managers on improvements to operational processes and programs, as well as other branch operational tasks as they arise. The Project Co-Ordinator will assist with coordinating and documenting project activities, tracking project progress, reporting project progress to leadership, assisting with identifying and addressing roadblocks and risks, creating, and updating communication plans, assisting with developing project messaging, surveying participants for clarity and understanding, updating change management progress, and assisting with reporting progress to leadership. This role offers an opportunity for skills development and hands-on project management experience.Need to have:Language requirement: English or BilingualAbility to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Organizational SkillsAbility to confidently navigate SharePoint and MS Teams Nice to have:Experience with Clarity (project management software)Skills related to Project Management, Change Management, and/or Lean Six Sigma training.Providing a safe workplace for all.
