*Job Summary* Scarolies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations . The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership role and demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service , and overall guest satisfaction while managing a team of dedicated staff.
*Duties*
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Manage the highest quality service and cleanliness * Managing servers , busboys , food runners , bartenders, hostesses, * Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling. * Supervise and train staff in food handling, customer service, and hospitality best practices. * Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce. * Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership. * Monitor inventory levels at the bar and assist in ordering supplies as needed. * Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase restaurant profitability.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in restaurant management with a minimum of Five Years Experience or a similar role within the food service industry. * Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully. And assuring 100% customer satisfaction * Proficiency in using POS systems; experience with Micros POS is preferred. * Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. * Background in hospitality or hotel experience is a plus; barista experience is also beneficial.
