RBKS Construction Ltd. is a growing construction company delivering primarily Commercial projects throughout the Edmonton area. We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants direct involvement with company leadership. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion while working closely with the company?s Owners and contributing to continued growth.
*What You?ll Do*
* Lead projects from pre-construction to completion * Review drawings, specifications, and project scope * Prepare estimates, budgets, and bid submissions * Manage labour, materials, equipment, and scheduling * Coordinate field operations and conduct site meetings * Communicate directly with Owners, consultants, and clients * Monitor project costs, forecast budgets, and maintain profitability * Support billing, documentation, and close-out processes
*What We?re Looking For*
* 5 years Project Management experience * 10 years construction industry experience * Strong Construction Management background * Commercial construction experience preferred * Rehabilitation, Retrofit, and/or Building Envelope experience is an asset * Ability to confidently read and interpret construction drawings * Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Valid driver?s license with clean abstract and reliable transportation
