*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. *Duties*
* Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS. * Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. * Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. * Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times. * Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations. * Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards. * Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. * Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving issues promptly.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is required. * Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. * Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours. * Familiarity with food industry standards, food handling, and serving protocols. * Kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. * Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if required.
